is the central contact point at the university regarding all questions of research, development, knowledge- and technology transfer. It mediates the co-operations with the university, advances research and development at the EAH Jena and with partners, infoms about announcements and acquiring external funds, assists on preparing project proposals and supports project management, advances personnel transfer (student apprentice, graduates, employees), advances transfer of knowledge (e.g. scientific events, business start ups), is involved in public relations (e.g. events, brochures, special internet services, in-house information service), undertakes administrative tasks on behalf of the Prorector for Research and Development (e.g. third-party funds) and on behalf of the senate for the Senate Commitee for Research, supports strategic activities regarding research and transfer.
