Below you will find all necessary contact persons for personal concerns of international students regarding their study at the EAH Jena. Please do not hesitate to contact them in case of questions or problems.

ServiceCentre for Student Affairs:
is responsible for the administration of all procedures related to the full-time study (Bachelor). Your direct contact person is Uwe Scharlock.
 
is responsible for the administration of all procedures related to the full-time study (Master). Your direct contact person is Elvira Hädicke. You will find detailed information under: http://www.fh-jena.de/fhj/master.
 
International Office:
is responsible for the administration of all procedures related to the part-time study as well as partnership programmes / ERASMUS. Furthermore, you can gain information about sholarships and our tutoring programme.
 
Study Counselling Centre:
Interdisciplinary information and counselling, help with decisions and problems relating your study, advice on career prospects, further education or job application training.


Expert advisors at the departments:
In case of specific questions regarding your study do not hesitate to contact the expert advisor of your department you study at.
